04 / Choice

Marketing choices

Marketing is optional. The form presents separate, unticked choices for Rotate Studios and In-House Management. You can apply without selecting either choice.

You can withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe option in a message or emailing dan@rotatestudios.co. Withdrawal will not affect your application or the lawfulness of messages sent before you withdrew consent.

05 / Processors

Sharing and international transfers

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only with service providers that help us deliver forms, website hosting, email, file storage and IT security; professional advisers; or authorities where the law requires it.

Our current interest form uses FormSubmit to deliver submissions by email. The chatbot uses Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention and Cloudflare Workers AI to generate answers from Rotate’s verified information. Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we require an appropriate UK data-protection safeguard or another lawful transfer mechanism.

06 / Retention

How long we keep it

We normally keep pre-launch expressions of interest and related correspondence for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless you join a programme, enter a contract, ask us to delete the information sooner, or we need to retain it for a legal reason.

Marketing records are kept until you withdraw consent or after a periodic inactivity review. We may retain a minimal suppression record so we can respect an unsubscribe request. Unsuccessful Open Day or scholarship enquiry records will normally be removed within 12 months of the relevant decision unless you ask to be considered for future opportunities.

Rotate does not save chatbot transcripts in its own database. The current conversation is held in your browser while the page is open and sent to Cloudflare to produce each response. Do not enter confidential or sensitive personal information into the chatbot.

07 / UK GDPR

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, transfer it, or stop processing it. You may object where we rely on legitimate interests and can withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent.

Email dan@rotatestudios.co to make a request. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

08 / Young people

Applicants under 18

The general form is not intended for children under 13. Applicants under 18 should involve a parent or guardian. Before an under-18 participant attends a programme, we will put appropriate consent, safeguarding and supervision arrangements in place.

09 / Website

Cookies, security and changes

This website does not currently set non-essential analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may use strictly necessary security data to distinguish people from automated abuse. If our use of cookies or analytics changes, we will update this notice and introduce an appropriate consent control.

We use proportionate organisational and technical measures to protect personal information. No online service is completely risk-free, so please contact us promptly if you believe your information has been compromised.

We may update this notice as Rotate Studios develops. The latest version and date will always appear on this page.
